Peptide therapy questions, answered.

Everything people ask before starting a protocol — safety, prescriptions, dosing, stacking, timelines, and cost. Serving patients across the United States by telehealth, with peptides dispensed by a U.S., FDA-registered compounding pharmacy.

Getting started

What is peptide therapy?

Peptide therapy is the medically supervised use of specific peptides — short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules — to support processes like tissue repair, hormone release, metabolism, inflammation control, and skin regeneration.

How do I know which peptide is right for me?

Take the 15-question protocol quiz. It asks about your primary goal, recovery, sleep, training load, body composition, and history, then recommends a starting stack that a clinician reviews before anything is dispensed.

Do I need a prescription for peptides?

Yes. Every therapeutic peptide offered here is a prescription medication. Your intake is reviewed by a licensed clinician, and the prescription is filled by a U.S., FDA-registered compounding pharmacy.

Do I need blood work before starting?

Not for every protocol. Some peptides — particularly growth-hormone-related protocols — are best guided by labs, and the reviewing clinician will tell you if they are needed for your plan.

How long does it take to get my peptides?

After your intake is reviewed and the prescription is approved, the compounding pharmacy ships directly to your address. Most orders arrive within about a week.

Safety, sourcing and oversight

Are peptides safe?

When prescribed by a licensed clinician and dispensed by a certified compounding pharmacy, therapeutic peptides have a strong safety profile. The two variables that matter most are sourcing quality and medical oversight — not the molecule itself.

What is the difference between prescription peptides and research peptides sold online?

Research-grade peptides are sold as chemicals not intended for human use, with no clinician involved, no sterility guarantee, and no verification of what is actually in the vial. Prescription peptides are compounded under pharmacy regulation, tested for potency and sterility, and tied to a clinical review.

Are there side effects?

The most common reports are mild and local: injection-site redness, temporary flushing, or a short-lived headache. Anything persistent should be reported to your clinician, who can adjust dose or stop the protocol.

Can I take peptides with my current medications?

Disclose everything you take during intake. The reviewing clinician screens for interactions and will decline or modify a protocol when a peptide is not appropriate alongside your current medications or conditions.

Who should not use peptide therapy?

Peptide therapy is generally not appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for people with active cancer, or for anyone under 18. Certain conditions require clinician clearance first.

Using your protocol

How are peptides administered?

Most protocols use a small subcutaneous injection with an insulin-style needle, taken at home. Your kit includes dosing instructions for the specific peptides you are prescribed.

Does it hurt?

Subcutaneous injections use a very fine, short needle into fat tissue — most people describe it as a light pinch or nothing at all.

How long is a typical peptide protocol?

Most run 8 to 12 weeks, often with a planned break. Recovery peptides may be shorter and injury-focused; longevity and growth protocols usually run longer and are cycled.

How fast do peptides work?

Sleep, energy, and recovery changes usually show up in the first 2 to 4 weeks. Skin, body-composition, and longevity outcomes typically take 2 to 3 months of consistent dosing.

Can I stack more than one peptide?

Yes, and most protocols do. Peptides are commonly paired so that signaling, repair, and energy pathways support one another. If you select four or more, we ask you to talk with someone first so the stack stays coherent.

How should peptides be stored?

Reconstituted peptides are refrigerated and protected from light. Storage and expiration instructions ship with your order.

Pricing, shipping and service area

How much does peptide therapy cost?

Pricing is flat across the menu: $250 for your first peptide and $225 for each additional peptide in the same protocol — a 10% add-on discount. The Glow Stack bundle (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu) is $350.

Is shipping included?

Yes. Your order ships from the compounding pharmacy at no extra charge — there is no separate shipping line on your total.

Where do you ship?

We serve patients across the United States by telehealth, and peptides are shipped directly from a U.S.-based, FDA-registered compounding pharmacy to your address.

Is peptide therapy covered by insurance?

Compounded peptide therapy is generally not billed to insurance. Pricing shown is what you pay directly.

Can I talk to a person before ordering?

Yes. You can call or text the team, and any protocol with four or more peptides routes to a human conversation before checkout.
